My wrist watch does not have the browser from previous installation in it, however it could be possible by sending this web page's content somehow inside the email as a link, because the emails in the mobile wrist watch support HTML in its minimal browser. But, it is unfamiliar for me whether it supports editing of the input fields and JavaScript.
The disadvantages of this solution are at least its visual ugliness and poor user experience and its need to synchoronous calculation, which is accessible when the web page is active and not closed in some browsers.
Enabled browser's JavaScript as of ECMA-262 standard is required for full website functionality.
